Order Placement and Communication
Delivery of Bavarian Flooring should be easy and we aim to keep it this way. However we would strongly recommend that you please read these notes carefully to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
Our courier is not insured to carry the delivery into your property; therefore you need to arrange for at least two people to be at home in order to receive your order.
Delivery Time
The majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (a precise date can be requested).
Next day delivery can be arranged if needed. For next day delivery, orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 11am. We cannot offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays. All deliveries are subject to stock being available.
Please contact us to check we can deliver to your post code by calling us. The cost of delivery will depend on the weight of the flooring and distance from our Harlow warehouse. We endeavour to despatch all orders received by 12pm, the same day. At the very latest this falls in to the following day. Please note that prices for postage do include packing time and material costs.
Delivery times are between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We cannot offer you an ETA as we use a pallet courier to deliver the goods, however, we will always ask the driver to give you a call 1 hour before delivery. If there is any delay or we are unable to fulfil an agreed delivery date, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. We have developed a very reliable carrier delivery service but it is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame, for this reason we strongly advise against booking installers until your goods have arrived as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.
Returns
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bavarian Flooring. You may return any unopened, non-damaged, resalable items for exchange or refund within 14 days from date of purchase as long as stock is still available in store.
Please inspect your flooring prior to installation. Once material is installed it will be deemed acceptable.
No returns will be accepted after flooring has been installed.
After Bavarian Flooring receives the product, please allow 5 working days to process the return, however processing times can vary. All returns will be verified to make sure that they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Your refund will be provided by the same method you originally used to order the products. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Any items returned without return authorisation, including cancelled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please call our customer care specialists immediately at 01279 439 892. Hours are Monday-Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.
Once an order has been loaded and is on route to the shipping address, Bavarian Flooring will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Returns and cancellation cannot be accepted on special order products.
Refused Orders
DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If your shipment arrives damaged, call our customer care centre at 01279 439 892 immediately for assistance with getting replacements sent to you.
If you refuse to accept an order, Wooji Flooring will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs.
